LocalOutlines specialise in prints of mountains and cut maps of lakes and golf courses. Topographic prints of mountains either as a giclee print on archival paper or a foil map, and now as a T-Shirt. Topographic data gives accurate contours of your favourite mountain, with Major contours at 100m and minor contours at 20m. Bathymetric maps of lakes use 5 layers of high quality, acid-free cardstock. The top layer is a bright white, the second layer is light blue , the third is mid blue, the fourth is blue and the fifth is dark blue. Golf courses are cut from various layers of acid-free cardstock.  The starting point for these are satellite images, a lot of processing then goes into separating the different elements to be able to produce vectors for laser cutting.
